It’s always handy to know how to make certain things, even if you choose to take the easy option of buying ready made food. I find this guacamole recipe convenient, as it doesn’t take long to make.
1 small (approx. 170g) Avocado, cut into chunks
1 small (approx. 50g) Onion, cut into chunks
1 Fresh tomato or 1.5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
½ tsp Black pepper
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Lemon Juice
¼ tsp Green chilli (Optional)
Preparation time: 5 – 10 minutes
To make this guacamole recipe, simply blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste.
Ideally, this should be made a few minutes before serving as the dip will darken if left out too long. Serve this guacamole dip with tortilla chips or spicy vegan potato wedges.
