Here’s a quick and easy yoghurt dessert recipe using your homemade yoghurt and strawberry sauce. This yoghurt dessert recipe is completely homemade and has no additives or preservatives unlike similar products.
100 ml Yoghurt (best results are with full fat yoghurt)
60 ml Strawberry sauce
2 – 3 Biscuits (crushed)
1 tsp Strawberry puree
Preparation time: 5 minutes Serves: 4 (in small dessert dishes)
Place the sauce in the individual dessert dishes (approx 15 ml per dish). Stir the yoghurt and add it on top of the strawberry sauce (25 ml per dish). If desired add a little strawberry puree on top or freshly cut strawberries.
Crush 2 – 3 biscuits (crush more if you like) and sprinkle on top. Serve the yoghurt dessert immediately.
